Bank Holiday weekend - 3nights |
This
Yoga holiday started 8 years ago is a wonderful experience.
Many of our participants are regular, yet each year brings
new faces and a new atmosphere to the group. Arriving on Friday,
the group enjoys a welcoming dinner and a ‘get to know’
session. Sat morning yoga session from 10am -1pm, followed
by lunch and an organised walk or trip in the locality. |

Sunday
morning yoga from 10am – 1pm, followed by lunch. The trip
on Sunday is a ‘spiritual and meditative’ experience
around Malin Head. Dinner on Sunday evening often has an ‘Indian’
theme and saris & bindis are welcome. For the competitive
among you we often have a ‘table quiz’ on Sunday
night |

Monday’s
session is a closure after your weekend and most people plan
(with Patsy’s advice) a sight-seeing return journey eg.
Giants causeway, Ulster American Folk Park, Derry City –
all possible as an alternative to rushing back to your home
destination.

Loreto
House, Linsfort is our venue for 2009. This beautiful old restored
residence looks out over Lough Swilly with access to a quiet
beach at the bottom of the front lawn. Used as a centre for
'Peace and reconciliation', the house has a warm, welcoming
atmosphere. Accommodation will be in the house and also an adjacent
holiday home. Have a look at the photo gallery to see the house
and surroundings. |

Enter
the new Year with a meditative weekend in Linsfort, overlooking
Lough Swilly and the setting sun. With mornings to explore the
local environment or just to walk and rest by the beach at the
end of the lawn. Yoga and meditation sessions will ease you
into the evening when you can relax before dinner and a peaceful
night with some new or old friends. |

plenty time to walk the beaches nearby, climb a mountain or
just relax with your favourite book after breakfast you will
find this weekend the perfect gift to yourself or to a friend.
