Yoga
Daily yoga sessions will make you strong and supple, while promoting relaxation. With both personal space and group work the yoga practice will be comfortable and secure for beginner and advanced. Therapeutic yoga to suit the individual will be complimented with classic asanas and breathwork. All this linked to the environment that surrounds you and relaxes you.

Yogahol encourages you to enjoy classical yoga practices that will challenge you, helping you develop strength, stamina, and flexibility. At the same time you will experience deep relaxation as muscles learn to release completely. Linda and Elma’s approach is individually based, teaching you to understand your own personal restrictions and how to use yoga mindfully and safely. Teaching emphasises anatomical alignment, balance of muscle action, balance between strength and flexibility, relaxation and challenge. They believe in creating a ‘sacred space’ where breathwork, meditation, mindfulness is developed, then finding that ‘sacred space’ off the mat as the holiday progresses. We stand on Malin Head, the most northerly point in Ireland, look out over the wide Atlantic Ocean, breathe the sweet scented air and feel the connection with all of life. There are many moments of fun and laughter on this yoga holiday as people wander on the beaches, along the country roads and hills, appreciating the beauty that surrounds them and understand and experience that yoga is the connection we have with everything.

Yogahol creates a ‘sacred space’ on the mat, in the company of like minded people and walking this wild and wonderful landscape. The North West coast of Donegal is wild and rugged, the vastness of the ocean is mindblowing, the energy of the place transformative. As we connect with nature here we connect more deeply with ourselves and each other.
